About

About Me

I’m a workflow automation developer and Shopify technical support specialist with nearly eight years of software-development experience. I began my career building business systems with PHP, AngularJS, MySQL, and MariaDB, developing a methodical approach to data, testing, debugging, documentation, and user support.

Today, I apply that foundation to workflow automation and Shopify operations—from n8n, Make, Zapier, AI, and Google Workspace integrations to storefront customization, app configuration, order workflows, and technical troubleshooting.

I enjoy understanding how systems connect, tracing problems to their source, and turning complex processes into practical solutions that are reliable, maintainable, and easier for people to use.

How I Work

A Proposed Approach to New Work

The general approach I bring to a new request or engagement — not a claim that every past project followed these exact steps.

  1. Understand the actual need

Start with what's actually being asked for, and how it fits into the bigger picture of the work.

  2. Organize requirements

Break the request down into clear, specific requirements before touching anything.

  3. Identify dependencies

Check what else the change touches — other tools, workflows, or steps downstream — before proposing an approach.

  4. Implement or support carefully

Make the change directly, or support the team making it, with attention to how it affects the live system.

  5. Test and document

Confirm the result works as expected, and document what was done so it's easy to revisit later.
